#SupportArmadaleLocal: Mother's Day Picnic at Home

Mother’s Day is certainly going to look different this year, no brunches or lunches at her favourite café or large family get-togethers. But there is one Mother’s Day tradition that we can take advantage of, the humble picnic. #BeKind to your Mum and show her that although this Mother’s Day is like no other, she can still be made to feel every bit as special.

So what are the rules?

As per latest state government advice, gatherings of up to 10 people are permitted, so long as social distancing requirements can be adhered to. Private picnics in parks are permitted, however with larger crowds expected on Mother’s Day why not make the most of staying at home and set up a picnic in your own backyard.

Armadale’s local cafes have stepped up for the occasion, offering picnic baskets and hampers available for pre-order now and pick up on the weekend. Your only task will be choosing which one!
