Head Chef, Guy Jeffrey’s was named Chef of the Year 2017 by the West Australian Good Food Guide for “plating up food that is memorable, creative and generous” with the restaurant rated 2nd across the whole state. The menu changes frequently and features locally grown, sustainably sourced produce, many of which are produced on the estate.
A No Waste philosophy is at the heart of the restaurant. Visit on ‘No Waste Monday’ for an ever changing three course menu utilising fresh produce from the Millbrook garden left at the end of a busy weekend service. Dine from Thursday to Sunday choosing from an A la carte menu or pre-order a picnic basket to enjoy in the tranquil surrounds of the estate.
